We keep shipping simple. Orders go out fast, arrive on time, and we stand behind every delivery.
Processing Times

Orders placed before 12pm AEST are usually packed and shipped same business day.

Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/public holidays ship the next business day.

During busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas), dispatch may run a little slower — but we’ll always do our best to get your order moving ASAP.

We use Australia Post for all deliveries.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates only. Once your order is handed to Australia Post, delays outside our control can happen — but we’ll always help if things go sideways.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking.
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is shipped.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your shipping details are correct.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping (additional postage costs may apply).
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund if your product is damaged, faulty or doesn’t arrive.

If Australia Post marks an item as delivered but you can’t find it, we’ll help lodge a missing parcel investigation.
Pre-Orders or Out-of-Stock Items
If you order something on pre-order or back-order, we’ll clearly indicate the expected dispatch date on the product page.
Your entire order will ship together unless you request otherwise.
Changing an Order
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, contact us immediately.
Once the parcel has been shipped, we can’t make changes, but we’ll do everything we can to help.
Returns Due to Non-Collection
If your parcel is returned to us because it wasn’t collected or delivered, we’ll contact you to organise redelivery (additional postage charges may apply).
