Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, we're here to help.

1. Change of Mind

  • We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in original packaging.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method upon inspection.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement for items that are:

  • Faulty
  • Not as described
  • Damaged on arrival

If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage/fault

3. Return Process

  • Email us at kael@stauntyredeflators.com.au with your order details.
  • We’ll review your request and respond with instructions.
  • Once approved, send the item back to our return address.
  • Upon inspection, we’ll issue your refund, exchange, or store credit.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items not due to a manufacturing fault
  • Gift cards or digital downloads (if applicable)
  • Custom or made-to-order items
